Make That Sacrifice
Sacrifice is inevitable in life. There may be instances where you can avoid making sacrifices. For instance, you may simultaneously acquire two things that you want. But, it is most unlikely that you will acquire ten things you want at the same time. Our time is limited, and so is our energy. Even if we desire many things, often in life, we cannot have everything. And to know that, and to be able to distinguish the rather unpleasant reality from wishful thinking, is wisdom.
True sacrifice demands guts. When you are caught between fighting and staying slient, choosing to fight demands courage. There are things in life you obtain only by fighting, fighting for yourself. You may hope for a gentler way to achieve what you desire. While there might be occasions when a softer approach is possible, there are certainly times when it is not an option. You must see through wishful thinking and take a stand.
Decide to take the proper, effective and courageous action, and you will feel liberated; you are living for yourself, for your desire, for your purpose. What could be more important than that?
Make that sacrifice and confidently stride towards the attainment of your true desires.
